This is Vol. 1, No. 1, Jan. 2006.

Note: Some pages will appear to be corrupted in some web browsers (Microsoft Internet Explorer 7) on some versions of Microsoft Windows, or perhaps a MAC, or a Linux distro. For instance, a chart may overlap an article, or something to that effect. MS Internet Explorer 7 has a problem with overlapping segments of some pages while Mozilla (browser) 1.7.13 presents the pages without a hitch. I apoligize for any inconvenience it has caused to you. I suggest that if you happen to have that problem (in MS Windows with MSIE 7), or any other browser, that you either download, or use a different browser like Mozilla 1.7.13, or Opera 9, or upgrade the one that you normally use. It is too difficult to test everything out on all OSs (operating systems) and in all the browsers in existence and it gets harder to do so as time goes on!
Thank you.
